I loved the location of this hotel! It was in a cozy little village that felt comfortable and safe to explore. The transportation options were great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. this hotel provided a wonderful experience with excellent facilities, clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast served every day.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I must mention that the location was quite convenient as it had easy access to nearby areas. The village around the hotel was peaceful with a beautiful view to admire. I appreciated the two services provided which heightened my stay: a free shuttle service to take us to and from the shopping mall and the meals offered that were quite satisfying.

My experience was tainted due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. They showed a complete lack of understanding of the English language which made it difficult to communicate with them.

This hotel is located in a comfortable village with so much to offer. the location is perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, I was particularly impressed with the clean bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast was a real treat with plenty of delicious options available. the hotel has great facilities including a lovely outdoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. the view from my room was breathtaking, with the mountains visible in the distance.

The hotel needs to work on their communication skills and be more understanding of guests who do not speak the local language.

The village location was nice and easy to navigate, making it simple to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the room had comfortable bedding and sufficient amenities to prepare small meals.

The language barrier was a big issue as the staff did not seem to understand English well and were not accommodating when attempting to resolve an issue. In addition, a misunderstanding with the police was scary and intimidating, leading to charges for broken items we were not responsible for. it was a negative experience that would make it difficult to recommend this accommodation to others.

Comfortable village location, helpful travel adviser, pleasant surroundings, cozy hotel rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was comfortable, with beautiful surrounding views. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to help. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the tour assistance provided, making it easy for us to explore the area.
